As the cultural home to the leading minds of LA’s creative community, we spent another exhilarating Frieze Week in partnership with the art fair.
The fourth year of Frieze LA at NeueHouse brought seven days of creative collisions to Hollywood and Bradbury, as we welcomed groundbreaking artists working across disciplines to push culture forward. From screenings to exhibitions to performances to panels, the week of activity embodied the creative potential that stems from collaboration.
We kicked off the week with a VIP dinner celebrating social impact through tech. We explored the future of NFTs with eighteen trailblazing artists bridging digital and fine art, hosted by the curators at VerticalCrypto Art and Whitewall. We experienced a mesmerizing piano performance by Kamaal Williams. We heard from Wide Awakes, along with the artist Sanford Biggers and Pitchfork founder Ryan Schreiber, on the critical role of art in rallying communities to reimagine our future. And while we spent plenty of time examining the digital space, we also relished in sharing physical spaces once again, connecting over cocktails and conversations and dancing to the music of renowned LA DJs Noodles, Novena Carmel and more.
