Chef, culinary innovator and two-time ‘Chopped’ Champion James Briscione, and wine & mixology expert, Brooke Parkhurst, will take you on a titillating journey of the senses, exploring the scientific and sensual side of flavor. The culinary duo explained over dinner why pineapple and pink peppercorn are the perfect pairing for your tequila and, why, this Valentine’s Day, you should season your filet mignon with coffee grounds.
