The Magician: Josh Beckerman

Over the past 5 years, the professional entertainer and foodie Josh Beckerman–who intertwines magic, mentalism, and comedy around the world–has mystified hundreds of New York diners with his tricks, and has become a nightly presence at restaurants across the city. His conversational currents tend more toward the realm of Anthony Bourdain than David Blaine. NeueHouse welcomed Beckerman for an evening of formal magic performance, after which he spent time interacting with the audience.
