In January we launched with plant-based chef, spiritual guide and author Julie Piatt aka SriMati in conversation with her husband, ultra-endurance athlete and author Rich Roll, named by Men’s Fitness Magazine as one of the 25 most fit men in the world. A tasting of Julie’s pioneering plant-based cheeses followed the conversation.
