Artist Installation: William Waldron

Madison Square

January 04, 2019

A new exhibition of work by prolific interiors photographer William Waldron opened this month at Madison Square in The Library. Waldron himself will hosted the reception for the exhibit, titled December: An Appreciation of the Spareness of Winter, on view from January 4, 2019. He began his career in 1980s New York, eventually homing in on interior spaces. It was these photographs which brought him international acclaim. Now published regularly in Elle Decor, Vogue, New York Times and Vanity Fair, amongst others, his work is known for its beauty tinged with hints of melancholy.
