Standard Dose brings is offering two days of movement and wellness to members at its NoMad studio around the corner from NeueHouse. Take a mid-day moment for yourself with a 30-minute sound bath meditation followed by a 60-minute yoga flow. Come back the next week for another sound bath session, this time followed by 60 minutes of mat pilates. Return to your desk feeling connected, calm, and ready.

Join us for a screening of the award-winning documentary THE WORK, hosted by All Kings
Set inside a single room in Folsom Prison, three men from the outside participate in a four-day group-therapy retreat with a group of incarcerated men for a real look at the challenges of rehabilitation.
The documentary is a real-life representation of the work done by All Kings, an NYC-based brotherhood that supports and empowers men impacted by the justice system as well as young men at risk of being impacted.
Through weekly circles, trainings, and a network of mutual support, All Kings empowers men to discover their innate power and purpose, and build lives of connection and meaning.
