YOUR ENERGY
Be a good human. Be self-aware. Consider how you affect the people around you, and how we can build something together.
NeueHouse reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that is disruptive, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of this community.
YOUR PEOPLE
We trust who you bring into the inner circle. Let us know if you’re expecting guests by registering them in the Member Portal, and be present when they arrive.
Anyone coming more than once a week should probably be a member.
YOUR PET
*Dogs are people, too – but one per member, registered in advance with a signed pet waiver. They need to be leashed in communal areas, kept off the furniture, and out of restrooms and food & beverage areas.
THE VIBE
We don’t believe in dress codes or long lists of rules. Express yourself; bring your energy. We ask that you read the room to create a community that makes everyone proud.
THE SPACE
The House is a home. When you come by, members and guests alike are asked to check-in at the front desk.
The space belongs to everyone, so leave rooms as you found them.
Phone booths and focus rooms are first-come, max one hour. Bookable rooms require a reservation through the Member Portal.
SOUND
One word: headphones.
Speakers on all devices stay off in open areas. Calls in the gallery should be brief and hushed. For anything longer, use a phone booth or book a room.
Studio teams: keep in mind that sound travels, and your neighbors are working too.
PRODUCTIONS
NeueHouse Productions are part of what makes the house a home. RSVP if you're coming, cancel if you're not.
If you want to host something like a team gathering, a screening, or a dinner, we’d love to help. Just ask.
Gallery and Studio members can use NeueHouse as a business address. Salon members can add this as a monthly service. Ask the Member Experience team.
EXPLORE
This is a house built for creative people who take their work seriously and are curious about other people. NeueHouse exists at the intersection of culture and community. Think of this as a baseline for what it means to belong here and let’s keep building connections in real life.
