Screening & Reception: Story of a Girl with Kyra Sedgwick & Kevin Bacon

Golden Globe, Emmy winner and The Closer star, Kyra Sedgwick made her directorial debut with Story of a Girl, based on the novel by Sara Zarr, starring her husband Kevin Bacon. A powerful coming-of-age story, the film is about Deanna, a teen who must deal with the ramifications of a sex video that goes viral, and whom, 3 years later, is still bearing the burden of the daily taunts from her classmates.
