Screening: Mudbound

Hollywood

13 November, 2017

Set in the rural American South during World War II, Dee Rees’ Mudbound is an epic story of two families pitted against one another by a ruthless social hierarchy, yet bound together by the shared farmland of the Mississippi Delta. The film’s producers, Cassian Elwes, Charles D. King, and Kim Roth, joined for a special Q&A following the sneak peek screening about a film which explores the meaning of being a citizen – of a country, of a place, of the land itself.
