Breakfast: Ancient Atmosphere with Michael Jones McKean

Artist Michael Jones McKean and paleophysiologist John VandenBrooks  joined us for a discussion on the challenges and poetics of re-creating ancient air, in this art-meets-science brunch hosted by Fathomers. The collaboration — an effort to replicate a 300-million-year-old atmosphere within a simple residential house — represents one of a dozen sites around the world that together make up Twelve Earths, a project-in-progress recently launched by McKean and Fathomers to unfurl over the course of the next decade.
